MY BACKGROUND
Food Journey
Having learnt how to cook a bowl of Pasta from my brother at a very yong age and being mesmorised by how the collinder seperated the water and Pasta, I was in awe. From this moment on I was all about the food. As the youngest of four it would always be a case of grabbing what food you can and arguing over portion size. So learning to cook was vital to keeping yourself fed!
Later in my days at University, still being somehwhat put off by raw meats I learnt it you just stick them in the pan and add the necassarty flavours it would turn into something edable!
This is where I realised how easy it was to cook from scratch and stopped buying myself expensive takeaways and packet meals and began to look forward to creating something fresh for dinner. I realised if you just had the confidence to put together the ingredients you like with the flavours you love 9/10 you were going to create a delicisious dish which didnt cost the earth.
